Pilates is a unique exercise method that focuses on core strengthening, flexibility and movement control. This practice is not only meant to enhance your physical condition but also boost your mental clarity and help us develop a deeper connection with your body.
Pilates is a form of exercise therapy that has been steadily gaining the recognition of the global physiotherapy community over the last twenty years. Scientific research on the subject has proven the effectiveness of this type of exercise, especially for spinal conditions (low back pain, cervical syndrome, etc.).
Pilates can be practiced efficiently only in small groups. The instructor can then supervise each participant and help the group practice breathing techniques, pay attention to detail and perfect the control of their movements. Our Pilates studio is equipped with the full range of Pilates training equipment (reformer, trapeze cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barel) and each participant performs exercises tailored to his or her abilities.
